FRANCE

Orders placed Monday to Friday by midday will be prepared and shipped the same day.

  • If you choose Mondial Relay (FREE delivery in mainland France), please allow 2-3 business days for your shipment to arrive at your selected pick-up point. You will be able to select your pick-up point on a map after your payment.
  • GLS Flex Delivery is the most popular and affordable delivery service in France - allow 2-3 days for your parcel to arrive
  • Colissimo is the service provided by La Poste - allow 2-3 days for your parcel to arive
  • If you choose Chronopost 18h, your drinks will arrive at home the next day before the end of the day.
  • If you choose Chronopost Express 13h, your drinks will arrive at home the next day before 1pm.

If you live in an apartment with an entry code at the entrance, and you have chosen the home delivery option, please don’t forget to add it in the address information so that the courier can deliver at your home.

We ask you for your mobile number so the courier can contact you easily and reschedule a delivery for specific time and locations that best suit you. Please note that we will not keep your phone number and it won’t be used for commercial ad.

REST OF EUROPE

We aim at offering different kinds of delivery service for most countries, because you may have different previous experience with our partners and can have some preferences. In some countries however it is cost prohibitive to offer a delivery.

  • We offer Mondial Relay at pick-up points in Belgium, Luxemburg and Spain (including the Baleares). You will be able to select your pick-up point on a map after your payment.
  • You can choose your home delivery based on your choice:
    • Chrono Classic International: enjoy fast delivery at home. Delivery times vary according to the destination country. For example, your parcels will be delivered to Brussels in 2 days, to Berlin in 2 to 3, or to Madrid in 2.
    • Colissimo Europe: guaranteed delivery times at home in 3 to 4 business days.
    • GLS: Delivery at home in 2 to 4 business days. By going on their website with your tracking number you can then have different options to receive the parcel at home, at a ParcelShops or at a drop-off box.

When will I get my delivery?

Can I amend or cancel my order?

We work hard to quickly prepare and ship your order so that you get your drinks the sooner !

This means your order can’t be amended or cancelled once you’ve placed it. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address or changing payment methods.

Of course, you can always return any unopened orders to us for a refund.

 

What’s the return policy?

Sorry to hear you were not satisfied !

You can only return your order if the ALAVIE bottle(s) are unopened and sealed. Due to health & safety reasons, we cannot accept any goods that have been opened. If you wish to return the bottle(s), you can notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you have changed your mind.

Please email us at contact@alavie-drinks.com to notify us. You need to return the bottle(s) to us within 14 days after you have notified us.

 If the goods are re-sellable we will reimburse your order.

If your product is faulty or damaged when you receive them, you can ask for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email us at contact@alavie-drinks.com to arrange this.
